doesn't add up

Background: I'm considering buying a 2011 FE390. The bike is absolutely mint condition, I cannot find a stone chip or any trace of dirt/dust anywhere. I would argue that it has seen no dirt in it's entire life. It genuinely looks barely ridden.... Heart says yes, head says no. The puzzle...
