hello, i've just picked up an 02 fe650, but the clutch doesn't seem to fully disengage? it felt like it needs bleeding as when you put it in gear its trying to pull forward with the clutch in, and you only have to let the lever out a few mil before its pulling hard, i have tried bleeding it but...

My engine has the cable operated clutch, and it seems to be leaking oil from the o-ring that is supposed to seal the clutch arm. I can't seem to figure out how to remove it to replace the o-ring without splitting the cases. Anybody have any ideas?
