disconnetion

Hi, I just wanted to ask how much the disconnetion of the engine breather influences the jetting? I noticed a noticeable changing in idle speed - can be set easy to "correct" again. How big is the affect on the other carb-circuts? Anydody ever checked this(Taffy)? Regards
