If you were to design an exhaust system from scratch, ideally where would you join the twin header pipes to the collector? How would power and torque change if the join was made close to the head or a long distance away?

Picked up a 570 last month, after a long succession of WR450's and even a Husky 430 Auto at one stage.
It was EU spec, so had to strip off all the ADR rubbish
Love the 570. Much better and easier to ride than the FE450...

what do you mean about new design for my FE570 for seasson 2010? I know this arent typical husaberg colors, but red number plates arent good for any husaberg colors. :cry: Some ideas or objective critique?

My bike has the worst designed exhaust. It is exposed to melt everything it comes in contact with. Like your boot and leg. You might have to go into the seventies it find a worse design. Anyway, rode at the local track today, had a good time.

i haven't had time to read all the post about the 09 berg, but i showed my ktm buddies the pics and now we need some one "in the know" to settle this little dispute. Like i said i haven't had time to scour the forum for the answer. Is this new motor a berg design from sweden or is this a ktm...
has anyone tested the old 'camichael bend' bars against this years newer bars? how do they feel? i let two blokes ride the bike about 2 months ago and they couldn't stand the bars at all.
