cutting out

Can someone tell me what this is and what part of the electrical system it is related, too? There's a brown and a red/brown wire going to it. I can't find the red/brown wire anywhere else? I tested it as if it was a diode, and see .140 volts, going both directions. If it's a diode, it's no...

390 is cutting out, the EFI light isnt coming on with the start button and no fuel pump prime up, new fuel pump. Does anyone have a 2011 wiring diagram for a 390, 450 or 570 or has anyone had similar problems? Was thinking either wiring harness or start button cheers
