creeps

My FE570, Magura clutch, still creeps with the clutch pulled in. When I burp the throttle or put on brake, the clutch comes loose. As soon as I pump the trottle or put on brake I can feel the clutch totally disengage. Otherwise, it just barely still creeps forward. I've tried bleeding...
