Anyone know what the paint code or color is on a 2001 FE 650 motorcases?

Can someone please tell me how to engage or query the FI Blink Code feaure? The manual for my 2011 FE570S has a whole page on how to interpret the flashes, but not a word on how to get start the feature. How do you turn on the blink codes, please?

hey i have a 2010 FE390 (US version) and i was wondering how do you read the codes on the bike, and if their are any to read. my bike has been sitting for a few months and i drained the gas and filled it back up with fresh 91 and lucas injector cleaner and it ran bitchin for about 5-7minutes...
