boring

Im going to bore my 41ml carb out to a larger bore, Any tips or advice appreciated from those who have done this to there carb? thanks in advance.

I was wondering if it was possible to bore out a warped liner. would it cause it to warp easier because the wall thickness would'nt be the same. I'm just trying to figure out if my old liner would be a good candidate for a big bore kit. It is warped by 0.211mm on the top and 0.533mm on the bottom.
