Carb inlet to AF boot, part # 80006026100 Part # 80006026100 boot connects the carburetor inlet to the air filter flange. KTM has discontinued the part. It fits my 2007 FE550E. Does anyone know of a boot that fits properly as a replacement? Thanks.

When I installed my fan kit, the directions showed a rubber boot that covers the wire connectors on the thermo switch. My kit didn’t contain a rubber boot. I just have individual insulators on the spade clips and unprotected lead wires. Did anyone else get a kit without the rubber boot? Thanks.

Hi all, 2008 450 carbi intake boots keep spitting under the hose clamp on the motor side. Before KTM took over these boots had metal inside the rubber, but no longer. Anyone found a cure for this. I note the 550 and 650 boots are different for the bigger carbi and angle required.

The intake boot # 590.36.044.000 (rubber mount between carb and head) on the 650 has some serious mismatch with the carb bore and the inlet port. Has anyone come upon a solution? Could one off the 450/501/550 #800.36.044.000 be altered for a better fit? Cheers spanner.
