I had a full days riding last week with this bodge! I guess the original lever had been bent in and out one too many times. we found a small strip of aluminium kinda railing, we pushed it through the footrest and then bent it too and fro till we snapped it at the length we wanted...

was looking at the 3 button trip switch for the new bike. HOW MUCH!! 8O forget that. anyway i have the 3 button trip switch that used to fit the 03-05 bikes. the connectors are different so wont fit the new bike but has anyone swapped the connectors and got it to fit? will it work...
