I have a 2009 FE570 that I use exclusively as a snow bike. I thought I would use a battery tender(cheap Napa one) to keep the battery up. When I plug the charger in, the computer, fuel pump, and the headlight come on for a few seconds and then turn off. After a few seconds, this repeats itself...

With the top and side covers off, when I push the kickstart, air is blown out of the hole with an arror on that photo. Is that normal? Thanks
