anyone use these? When I got them I took out the inner pads to instale the patella guard. Now I want to use the pads it came with but 1 pad has a ridge on it. Can any one tell me where the ridge goes. Inner, outer, top, or bottom of the knee. These are awesome by the way! Thanks!
