Finally i am rebuild 03 650 engine back together,i put rollerbearings both crankcases,i measured connection rod Lateral play was 0.5mm. When i got cranksaft and crankcases tighten and measured Lateral play on cranksaft dial gauge i got reading 0.28 so i need more space to get 0.55-0.65...

Gday folks, My hand brake lever nearly pulls into the hand grip. (FE650) it works well, no drama, but such long travel. I have used the black knob there to adjust it out as far as possible, till it fell off doh, its on, but no adjustment left. So what are my options ? Cheers David

Looking thru the inspection hole in the timing cover if I move the mark on the stator to the right does this advance or retard the timing? What causes the timing marks on the flywheel to jump around when checking the timing at idle?

There are two marks on my flywheel one on the left and one to the right, what do these line up with when you are at TDC.I cannot find a mark on the flywheel cover, is there a mark somewhere else.

I've got a 04 FC450, which I use for supermoto. When braking hard into corners, the rear wheel bounces a lot and of course I loose grip which lenghthens the braking distance. I've got a rear wheel without the sprocket dampening stuff. I need to get the rear wheel stop bouncing around.
