Suggested carburetor for 98 600E ?

Hi chaps, have a problem with charging system on my old 2000 Fe 600. Charges fine 13+ volts until put under load ie headlight on then drops to approx 12.4v DC no matter the rev range...........I suspect regulator rectifier fault? It's five pin type ie 3 yellow 1red & 1 brown wire. Anyone...

does the chain guide swing back and forth?? based on the parts manual pic it looks as though it does.
