Hey, I installed the jd kit for low elevation and now my 41mm keihin is overflowing like crazy when I turn on the fuel...any suggestions?

Hey I was wondering if there was anyone else out there who has put a hot start cable on their 41mm keihin. I recently installed one on mine and it came with a very small "o"ring that i wasn't quite sure where the o ring went if anyone out there has any idea it would be nice to know. thanks
