03 or 04

Hi Guy's. I have the chance to pick up an 03/04 FE550 and was wondering if they are any good. This motor is in pieces and had about 10 hrs on it from a rebuild when the crank **** it self!! Is it worth rebulding or fitting somthing else? I can pick it up cheap, so just wondering??
