I know it has been talked about, but looking back, I never found a "Final Answer" about CUSH HUBS for Bergs. Since I do mainly street and trial rides, I think a CUSH HUB would be good to have (or does it matter?). Anyway, what are the pros and cons and what CUSH HUB will fit a 1998-99 fe600? If it would be a good idea to have one for what I do...anyone have one to sell?

If you are going to ride tarmac for any great lengh of time you absolutely need a cush hub. It's not a matter of if you will break a hub, but when.

As for where to get one, I dont have an answer. I'm sure a little research should yeild results.

That helps some, but looking through the berg manuals, I find that there's not much on over-lock dim, or off-set and such. Anyone got some specs on Berg hubs?

I don't know Taffy...what's wrong with KTM grear?
Do you mean KTM has a cush hub that will fit the 98 Berg, if so; can you clue me in a little more?
Thanks

well i don't know about '98 gear but i can tell you that their wheels fit later bikes as a straight swop.

check it out for sure......

Taffy
