So it's only been almost 12 months since I purchased my Husaberg and last night one of them finally arrived on a truck!!!!
I don't even know what to say. It's beautiful!!! I was hyperventilating while driving out to see it. I am so happy right now. How do I post pictures? I can tell the back tire isn't going to last very long! CHEERS!

I bought it and I didn't have the time or resources to get it to where I live. I managed to work a deal with the local Mercury dealer who placed it on a truck that was heading northbound. Everybody here is so jealous. Never saw a Husaberg before! Now if I can just get my Supermoto on the next truck I will be grinning even wider! Love those heated handgrips too. Snow and rain be damned!

How do I post them...? I was so shocked when I saw the bike. The dealer put different fenders and a decal kit on the tank. It looked way different than the pictures online. I thought I just bought a regular 2006 650FE. I never actually saw the bike itself until today. I would love to post some pictures. By the way the battery was dead and I was terrified to kick start it after all the stuff I read on here about broken legs and ankles! I fueled it up, and second kick she was away. Easy breezey!

It was a cold one. The headlight is great for antiaircraft gunnery. Is there a way to adjust it?

as far as the headlight, it will just rotate in its mounts by pushing it

I am having a hard time finding the back brake it's small and tucked in there...but I will get used to it. The bike feels a lot lighter than a 650, more like riding a two stroke. It's deceptively fast as well. I took it up a single track over some rocks and it was pretty tight and the bike handled it no problem. I had to be very careful with the throttle and the front was in the air a few times going up the slope but it's good to know you can lug the engine a bit when it gets tough. Going to save myself some grief and get to learn how to handle it in a more wide open area....heading to the miles and miles of beaches on the Queen Charlotte Islands next week. I got a new handguard ordered should be here in a few days it's snowing now and I am still in a lot of pain so not losing any riding days anyways. The only problem I have is the battery is dead regularly so I ordered a new stator and that should take care of the head lamp and heated hand grips without killing the battery.

I agree with m' trapper...the brake brake on my 550 seems to be tucked away...albeit I've done next to no riding before I pulled it down but as it goes back into one piece I was figuring I may space out the pedal a little from the alloy arm...anyone got a thought on this..
