Do a search and check in the download section. I remember seeing the wiring diagrams there. When you find it make a copy for easy reference. There is nothing worse than getting in the middle of something and forgetting where you are. :lol: I own a 96 FE 501. Welcome to the site and I hope this helps.
Have you tried going to the Husaberg.se site and to their downloads section and downloading the owners handbook for your bike? I tried but I couldn't open it for some reason. Most of the owners handbooks have the schematics in them.

This is my '98 FE600E. A lot of the charging system will be different to yours but it might be helpful with some of the rest.
The older owner's manuals don't have the wiring diagrams in them, but the wiring on your bike is pretty simple. As far as I can tell they didn't change much at all between about '94 to '99.
