After changing the oil the oil plug wound not go back in. Looked into drain hole and saw a dowel pin across the drain hole. I could not move it enough to fish it out. Pulled the side cover and found pin. It is 1 5/16ths long and 5/16ths round. Looked at some parts diagrams and can not see where this thing came from. The bike has had no strange noises, hard shifting or any other sign of something wrong. Previous owner installed a Slavens Mule kit and a Rekluse core 2.0 from new. New piston and ring prior to sale at 125hrs, old piston was clean. It currently has about 170hrs. The bottom end has never been touched.

I am hoping someone that has had their bike apart can recognize the pin. Any help would be appreciated.

I was told it is the same motor as the KTM XCW and Husqvarna TE.

spare parts?

Sounds like one of the pins the damper rubbers in the clutch sit against- I reckon someone f'd up when they installed the Rekluse!
You'll have to pull the clutch hub off- not too hard- worth it to check clutch wear, anyway.

rikschipp, I will pull the clutch hub and see what is or isn't there. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
