i would like to start commuting on my 2010 fs570 most of the time i am in a 60kph zone, any idea what sprocket set up i should go? atm with stock set up its not to good - at 60kph revs a bit high (using to much fuel) in 4th but 5th gear is stretch at 60kph.

42 rear.

Can use 6th gear at 100kmh. With stock gearing 120 is barely minimal for 6th.

I don't know if the gear ratios are the same as my 05 fs650. I have 16/45 and it moves the gears closer together than 15/40. It will pull 6th gear at 55 mph. (90kph) it will still cruise at 70mph easily. It's shorter overall, but not enough to start from 2nd gear. Don't have to ride at the speed the engine likes to turn at anymore. I'm not forced to speed, or go slower than I want to. Basically, the shorter your final drive gearing is, the smaller the rpm range is for each gear, and more gear overlap.

Try sprocketcalculator.com
It will give you a percentage of speed difference for different sprocket combos.
