What jetting after fitting 501 headers to 400

Anyone (Taffy ?) know what jetting changes are likely to be needed after fitting 501 headers to a 400. I did it today but could not really detect any real power difference except that it felt a bit smoother. Carb is Keihin FCR MX 39mm and muffler is a Big Gunn, the rest is pretty standard.

Have a word with Kzoo, he is running a 39mm FCR on his FE400.
