My 450 is an FS converted.
Unless I'm mistaken, the head bolts on the FS are the only ones that you can adjust the forks rake angle. Take off the dust cap and see if you have alignment makings on the head stems washer...It'll be pointing forward (steep) or rear (relaxed).
The forks and swing arm are also shorter then FEs...

fs has 17" rims with street tires and 320mm front brakes. there is a tag on the frame on the head set (behind the headlight) that will tell you what model it is .
