I am looking to get one for my 02 FE400E, but dont see anything directly made for this bike. Anyone know what i should get that will work with my bike? I dont know if i get one for a 501 or a 300 or anyother bikes would be ok. Thanks

they're universal, so any type will do. I presume the difference between the models are just different connectors to make the kit 'plug and play'. The wiring is very easy, so I wouldn't be too bothered. Buy a secondhand one if it works OK... ebay usually has a few. That's where I got mine at around half price.

I suggest you buy the housing / mounting kit too as it offers a bit more protection than just hiding the unit behind the headlamp number plate and it makes the mechanical installation quite neat.
