What is the best way to lap valves?

Has anyone used this Zim hand crank valve grinder (lapper)?

I have the manual (vacuum) grinder and work great.
Lapping one valve is max 60s of work.

This zim hand looks like a hand drill, without feel. I do not think it gets faster and better.

I used to work with lapping compound, these small orange tins way back in the 80 and 90's. They where a Australian brand.
Does someone remember the brand?
