I want to get an old berg from the states and have been trying to work out how to do a search on Craigslist without having to search very city individually. Any tips from the stateside guys?

Thanks

Thanks fellas.

I have found a bike but am now trying to contact the seller. I have sent 2 emails using the link on the advert with no reply. I take it that it's the weekend in the states with everyone back at work now so maybe I will get a reply soon.

Hey Blunny,
Just out of interest, who are you using to ship the bike back to Australia?
Will you be able to get it rego'd?
Regards,
Davo.

Blunny....you may not get many US people to reply to your queries about their Craigslist ads. Posting anything on Craigslist brings out the scam artists. For me, If I get any inquiries from overseas or even out of state on my craigslist ad.....delete. Plenty of action locally if priced right.

The only way I would even consider it is if the buyer arranged to have a local shipper come pick up the bike and pay me with cold, hard cash where I can confirm it isnt counterfeit and I can deposit it in my bank before I let the shipper take possession.

Scammers...Australians...never, maybe scumbags..

Oh OK. No wonder no one is replying. Maybe I will just have to call them up. So if I get a bike broker, who can ship, to go & buy it I will be in luck. I think there is a mob in Queensland who do this...I will email them. (http://www.ddr.net.au)

Thanks fellas
