A few times I went in there and tried to talk to you, Basterd, and you did not reply.

Oh, now I know: I was speaking French to you and the local law forbids to answer in anything else than Flemish.

funny but before, the big "site change" a while back, people were in there quite often. now... not so much....

Whenever I start typing in French I get a sudden attack of lazyness and can't be bothered to do anything else but drink wine and eat smelly cheese. :D

Ouch... 1 all, your serve Mr Frog...

Sparks.

RE: Re: RE: UHE Lounge

It's just a cyclic thing. Usually, after a group ride, the site's activity plummets. This time was no exception. Over time, activity eventually picks back up and the room gets used more. Never a lot, but more :)

The only reason the site's activity is up right now is because of the new model release. New visitors usually don't use the chat room.

During it's active time, there were usually 5-10 people in it nightly(GMT-5 to GMT-8 ).

Any time I see someone in there, I stop in. Usually, it's just someone who logged out incorrectly :)

thanks,
json

He is the one making the attack and by the way I am Flemish myself, there's a community of about 50,000 of us in the very North of France.

Funny how each time I bring wine and cheese to a party in the States, it gets razed and looted by everyone in attendance, I guess there is something French in every American, a certain je ne sais quoi

Half of my family is Flemish Belgian, by the way, somehow I like this language, which I understand ok, I never had to learn it, I guess I would if I had to herd cows or something.

Ohlalala, the french! Cows aren't herded :) they just walk around in fields :) Sheeps live in herds, but that is more the speciality of the Welshmen.

I was in wales last year, and learned that the Welsh technique for herding sheep is quite unique, it involves putting the rear legs of the sheep inside you wellies and have the sheep facing a canyon so it pushes back more?? :D Never understood that technique fully :D :D

Anyway I live in Bruges and work a lot in the ports of Dunkerque, Calais, Boulogne,.. I went MX riding last year for the first time ever at Dunkerque at Loon Plage, don't know if you know, don't know how long you've been gone. Very interesting, I greatly underestimated the amount of physical strength wich was involved in dirtbiking! Two laps wore me out completely and on my third lap I did a semi backflip (apparantly you can't go full throttle of off a jump :) ) and landed flat on my back, so that was it for the day!

Yes you do herd cows, over here in the States are people whose job it is to do just that, they're even called "cowboys".

Cows are so smart that they apparently pick on the language they are herded in and pass it to the next generation. When they exported certain cows to England, the English farmers could not herd them for some reason until a French farmer crossed the channel and taught them the few necessary French words they needed to herd them. That's a true story.

I am a country boy, no shame, all pride.

Belgian MX is quite interesting but why is it that France has placed 2nd two years in a row (after the US, you cannot beat them) and Belgium only 3rd and don't tell me it's because "HE" retired, he did race last year as well.

I saw one of those Welshmen, out in a fields next to one of them canyons, I wound down the window of the car and yelled out to him, "Oi! arent you supposed to shear it?", an the welshman yelled back, "Well I'm nooot shearin eeem wit yooo, m'lad, so pees orf!".

An I thought I was likely to have seen Welsh mountain ponies?

I reckon its quite a good thing, I have had a couple of good 'chats' with Faktor, and a brief few words with TM enduro at one stage. It would be good to communicate with more berg bros at some time, but appears to be generally not in use.

Ok so we should hook up more in the chat room, but we need more women, that's one thing. Jason should arrange for that.
