Exerlent craftsmanship Christof, can you put a name to who made them.

Sparks.

that is a very neat looking exhaust .

does it have any effect of the working action of the shock due to heat ?

hello

96DB at 4000RPm measured by changing the inner stuff of the muffler regarding sound versus torque and power.

For the heat ,there must come to wrapping ,on the carb area and indeed on the spring,but as for now ,when I tune on the nbench I have measurde it with laser temperature and it was colder than with my former exhaust,so.

Greetings Madero

Some more pics ( yes not only does he has a very tricked out supermoto Husa he also has a cross/mx to play around with, some guys have it all :) )

Hey there Mathieu,

That looks really really nice! I see you've threaded it the smart way to avoid having to make any frame modifications too!

As you probably know, I would be very interested to know the power characteristics (in particular the torque curve and mid-range), especially given that you've gone down the route of a complete twin system rather than a 2-1-2 system. Please feel welcome to PM me if you prefer, or e-mail (I think you've got my e-mail?)

I also really like your dashboard - could you tell us a bit more about it and where one could get one?

All the best,
Simon

Hello Simon,

The oil feedback is ready to buy in the Karting sport,you can see hours ,RPM,Tenperature from the oil.

Power with Twin ,I will gave some info later on this weekend;
I will speak about the powerband,not a secret,regarding to FP and DOMA;

Greetings Madero

Hello ,

On my bike when it was stock OEM 59,4SAE HP on backwheel.

DOMA 61,2SAE HP but very strong on low and mid rpm+the power comes out very fast,it was indeed necessarry to chnage the carb settings(richer)
FP about 64-65SAE HP,was poor on low rpm ,but very strong to above mid and top rpm,The power comes out slower than the DOMA ,so I afjust also the gearing.

TWIN : Very very strong low and mid power and top rpm abit above the DOMA values about 62SAE HP.The top powercurve drops down fast.

The quiest is TWIN,FP and loud agressive DOMA.

Greetings MAdero
