Found this really nice spin on spare tire carrier for enclosed trailers from Pit Pal and couldn't be happier with it. I just installed it along with a cabinet from Pit Pal also. They make some nice stuff.
Nice rig. You should mount the spare wheel lower - no need to have it so high up? Lower center of gravity of your overall load will make towing much more pleasant, less chance of a roll-over if you have to swerve, etc.
