Well I finally got my supermoto home after many travels and storage...what a blast! Like my enduro except hyped up on redbull and maybe crack.
The lights are going off on me. Low beam hardly works and high beam turns off when I hit some bumps on the road. I am 99% sure the problem is in the top half of the switch which controls the high/low beam, horn and kill switch and that part is brand new just installed factory equipment (KTM). (When I tap on this assembly the lights will come on, and I can hear the short when it does) I don't think you can take it appart, and I am not looking forward to ripping all the wires out and putting a new one in there or buying a new one those things are expensive. Suggesions?

I take it you've tried flooding it with a contact cleaner/water repellent.......... if not thats worth a shot.
If you do take it apart watch out for the tiny ball bearings on springs that hold the swith in the differnt positions (inside the old switches anyway).

Hope that helps,

Carl

Called the dealer and new ones on the way. I can see no way to open it without breaking it or drilling out the rivets. It's brand new so it should be on KTM's dime.
