bike started to clonk last time out like a brake pad was loose. soon as you touch the brake in the yard or paddock there is a 'clonk!'
i took it to be the headrace bearings and sure enough upon raising the front wheel off the ground i could cloknk the front wheel back and forth 2-3mm.
i know many of you will say "standard issue for WP forks"! but when i went to adjust the castle nut = no joy!
upon closer inspection the top yoke os wobbling against the steering stem by a tiny amount but alas that 'tiny amount' is 1-2mm at the bottom of the leg!
unlike husabergs which have a stem pinch screw: the KTMs don't!....
