I have a 2010 FE450. I installed the "ktm" version of the throttle cam system (looks very similar to the G2). And I'm using the slowest cam. My problem is this, I can't get the freeplay out of the cables. When I first installed the cam, I had about 15mm. I adjusted the cables as far as they would go and I'm still looking at 3-4mm. That's ok, but if the cables stretch at all, I have no adjustment left.

Anybody seen this before? Am I missing something? The cam and throttle tube assembly seem to only go one way.

Thanks.

its meant to have 3-5mm of play, as most bike do.

i actually used to run slightly more.

leave it as it is and crack on

If you have any trouble with the G2 system, call or email Sam and he will take care of you.

I just talked to Sam and he's fixing me up.

I have to say, that's the best customer service I've had in quite a while.

Well done!
