I've disassembled my engine to change the flywheel bearing. I have now assembled it but it came oil from the transmission cover right below the oilfill cap. Ive tried to change the gasket and bettered it with (gasket on tube) but it still comes oil from the cover. I have even tried to tighten the screws hard but it does not help. It comes no oil when the engine is off but when I turn it on it comes very quick. I though about high oil pressure, why I dont know but it seems to be. I removed the oilfill cover and tried to kickstart, when I did this there pissed oil as from a fountain from the engine out of the hole, not to talk about when the engine started. Why is it this way? What I can remmeber I could have the cover removed before with the engine started without any oil coming out. Why this now? Do I have to dessasemble the engine once more!? I already have once since I first repaired the engine, after the renovation I found metal in the oil filter after about 20 minutes. I dessasembled the engine and then I saw that the timing chain has been moving tight to the cylinder and I think Ive fixed that problem, even then the first time I assembled the engine I hade this problem with the oil coming from the transmission cover. Please help me this is not fun anymore :(

Could it maybe be the oil pressure variator that is doing something? Then what is the problem, does it not open or does it not close? Do I have to disassemble de engine to fix it or can I push high air pressure to some oil canal if it is that maybe some metal rest could have got stuck in there.

Is this a new bike with a two piece clutch cover? I bet you need a new gasket and make sure all the old is off, clean and check cover for warpage. My two cents. Anyone else?????/

I made it all over yesterday, havent tested the bike jet. Talked with a friend of mine and he suppose that everything is in order but the gasket. Ill try it soon. Lets see if it still comes oil :)

You didn't break the oil nipple off of the primary pinion gear did you?
