Te 125

Hello everyone,

I'm going to buy a TE 125 supermoto soon, it will be my first real motorcycle, after 2 years of 50cc supermoto. However I have one problem and that is that i dont know very much about Husabergs, specifically the TE 125, does anyone know what the common problems are and the best ways to get parts, husaberg are very rare in my country.

I'm also looking to know more about the whole deal with alot of KTM parts fitting on Husabergs. I know why they fit, I just dont know how to know which parts i can order from a KTM dealer.

I will be doing all the maintenance myself, im not the best, but I've done it on every bike i have had and its never gone super wrong, so I think i can do it fine.

no real problems. Nice bike but all 125s work very hard. specifically the piston and rings plus the crankshaft.

to search parts use "Trevor Pope Motorcycles" here in the UK, they still have a Husaberg search feature although they don't always have in stock what they say they do.

for aftermarket parts...to save money I have the OEM and the aftermarket options. My 2T coverage isn't great though.
