I was going to un bolt the frame that the seat attaches to on my FE570, one of the 4 bolts which threads into the plastic inserts won't break free so the insert is spinning in its plastic seat or enclosure?

I found the other posts about the sub frame problem, no need to answer

There is a solution. That is if you want to do it my way.
Without seeing it, it appears you might need to cut the bolt head off to get to the insert.
Once you can get to the insert you would need to remove it completely and
prepare it for repaiir. This is where I have re-inserted it into the plastic
with fiberglass repair.

The bolts thread into a through rod. the rod will turn unless you either a) hold the bolt on the other side or b) look closely at the through rod you will see flats machined into it. You will need a thin wrench to hold the rod using the flats.

This is how it is supposed to be done. Do not just hold one side or yes it will spin.

why you fixed it by yourself modifing the bike?? you should have ridden the bike back to dealer and have it repaird for free without fiberglass stuff!

OK already Pastullo !!
I have fixed stuff like that before. But the answer is correct in this case to
take it back to the dealer if need be fixed
