Hello,
my 2000 Husaberg FE 400 should have stroke 60mm as it's said in manual but it has 70-72mm! Bore size is 92mm as should be.

And what about FE 501? Bore size is 95mm and stroke should be as manual said 70mm. Where is the stroke difference? As engine case should be the same and cylinder dimensions are same too.... Can you explain it to me please?

I'am talking about 1997-2000 Husaberg model with counter balancer with freewheel in crankshaft.

sounds like you may have a 501 crankshaft.

does it have a gasket under the barrel?

Under barrel? Under cylinder head yes but under whole cylinder not.

well through a combination of con rods and barrels you have a 470 engine. the early 501s up to 1993 had a 92 bore and so did the first 600s so just be happy!

Taffy, thank you for answer.

I just looked to your shop and I can see exhaust valves (27mm) but not intake valves (32,5mm) for Berg 1998-2000 400cc. Will you ever have intake valves (32,5mm) on stock? :?:

as I'm aware the valves were 31mm and not 32.5mm?

I thought that they wenr
31/27 for the 400
34/27 for the 501 and 600?

I already do a 32mm exhaust valve for tuning the bigger engines. get those. 100038 in a search.

regards

Taffy
