Hello, I purchased a 1994 501E Husaberg from a friend of mine and I was checking the valve lash and one of the feelers slid down the camshaft tunnel. After pulling valve cover and the clutch cover off I found it. While inspecting the internals I noticed the wear on the alloy camshaft sprocket. After searching this form I came across a post about the possibility of replacing it with a later model steel camshaft sprocket.
I measured mine and made a sketch, could someone who has a steel camshaft sprocket compare dimensions to my sketch, any help would be greatly appreciated.
The thickness of my sprocket is apx. 5.3 mm. and is a 30 tooth sprocket.
Thanks,Bill

Please forgive my posting etiquette, I'm new to posting in forms, (old fart!)
