please look for the 6 wires coming from the stator. use a multimeter to check the red to black. you need 2850 ohms.
then check the green to black and you want around 168ohms.
it's the red/black that goes.
the coil? I don't really know of a test but if the stator is ok then it is the coil!

mY motorcycle stator and coil is the ktm and husaberg service.
In latvia is holidays. service not work.
Service mehanic dont know this parameters. its fanny. they are writed e-mail to sweden (husaberg factory) aboat this problem...
