starting my husaburg 470 2002

ive just brought a husaberg 2002 470cc and i am finding it very hard to start the bike.
i have been pulling the decompresion lever and kicking the bike around 10-20 times then letting go of the lever and trying to kick start the bike but im having no look
has any one got any ideas

OK.
1. Check in UHE downloads/manual/hard start guide.
2. Check in UHE Owner's Doc.
3. Other way, in my experince check SEM startor ( conditions and o-ring ). Then check the carb settings and wires.
