STARTER/STARTING FE 650E-02

HELLO !
THE STARTER ONLY GOES FOR 2-3 SECONDS WHIT ENGINE ,THEN IT RUNS FOR FREE.

WHEN I KICKSTARTER THE STARTER ENGINE MOVES.

ITS WERY HARD STARTED, IHAVE CHECK STATOT ITS OK 35 VOLT AND 1,5 VOLT TO IGNITION MODULE ,THE SPARK IS WEAK BUT BLUE.

WHAT DOES THE CALE FROM STARTER TO IGNITION MODULE DO.

I HAVE CLEAN CARBURATOR AND TURN MIXTURE SCREV 1 1/2 TURN OUT.

NOW I SHOULD CONTROL THE VALVES.

WHEN ITS STARTED IT GOES WERY GOOD. :shock:

not sure if i understand,but are you saying it starts with the kickstarter?if it does ,some things that come to my mind are the starter sprag clutch,or the decompressor on the camshaft might not be doing as much decompressing as needed.i think i would replace the sprag first and then give it a try.

you need a new starter sprague bearing. 100% cure for a little while. try NOT to use your starter from cold but when the engine is warm. that way you may get 1-2 years out of your next sprague bearing.

STARTING

OK TANKS!

I GOING TO REPLACE IT.

IT WONT START WITH THE KICK STARTER.

I SUSPECT IGNITION PROBLEMS.
