Spring rate suggestion for FS650 04'?

Hi guys!

I'm looking for the recommended spring rates for the 04' FS650. Stock is: front 4.4 Nm/mm, rear 84 Nm/mm. I'm +95kg's with gear.
Does anyone have the recommended spring rates laying around?
The partslist only gives a couple of suggestions, one step harder or one step softer. I'm not sure how far I have to go but I surley need mor than that... :oops:
