Yeah :/ PO wanted to free up the money he had stuck in the bike and wasn't super enthusiastic about spending on maintenance ... It's a little worrying tbh, will need to keep a close eye on the oil strainers. But the intake was SQUEAKY clean, you could have eaten off of it - it was so clean that you could tell that it had never gotten dirty - so the air filter was still doing part of its job - the filtering bit, just not the "actually letting much air through" part.  A relief.
