I was puttering in my garage yesterday and fashioned a simple windscreen for my 570. The bolts for the bark busters hold it in place, so it's a quick two-bolt affair to remove and install. It's 14 inches wide and extends 8 inches above the top of the number plate. Haven't had the chance to ride with it yet, so can't say how effective it is. I'd never do this to a pure off-road or MX machine, but this is a dual-sport. Besides, I didn't have anything else to do. What do you think?

Ride wearing a police uniform an i reckon you'll be the spitting image of chips

Spose it doesnt matter as long as it keeps the wind off, or it could direct all the wind right into your face. Guess you wont know till you try it out.

What has been the result of your windscreen? I can't find any made for the Husaberg and need something for the road sections of rides.

Actually the benefits seem to be minor. It breaks the wind a little at speed, but I really can't say much more for it except that it's easy and cheap to make.
