If anyone is intersted I found a oil seal at Napa for the shift shaft for $5, part #4707 its a 12x22x7 seal and fits perfect.
 
for the older bergs skf # 3930 is a direct replacment for the 10x14x3 skf designation number (whatever that means) is cr10x14x3 hm4 r. maybe will help somone. seal is about 3 dollars
