Hy everybody!i need some help for ignition...my strator is dead...red-black 1420ohm black-orange 14ohm...i searched new strator but this have horryble price...i searched who can repair this but here cant repair...my strator killed my coil...the coil like a strator...cant repair and very expensive for me...anybody have goodidea? 96"fe 501

New test figures for Husaberg
Up to 1998 >>> black & red 1750 Ohms
> black & green 23 Ohms
If the stator killed the coil it leads me to believe that it is an aftermarket stator. Electrex or similar. They purportedly do not contain a Zener diode. Those cheap stators tend to kill the coil/cdi.
If your stator is the original then it could be rewound by UK Motoplat - Bradford Ignitions
Taffmeisters has them in stock and ready to go. Taffmeisters - Husaberg, KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, dirt bikes - servicing, tuning, rebuilds, parts
The coil / cdi can also be repaired by Taffmeisters

If your stator is aftermarket a OEM new one P.N. 580 31 002 050 is $390.79 U.S. It does not include the flywheel.
