SEM problem in Sweden

I asked "Konsumentverket" in Sweden and they told me that a part like this should last two years. I told them it is a spare part and when I told her the price, 556 USD, she immediately said "two years, you have the possibility to "reklamera" in two years". This is regulated by law.

I wonder how I could reclame this part, or should I talk with my
dealer and go the official way?

I will have a new stator from Husaberg, Not due to the law. It was good will since a stator doesn't crack like this by itself. I had damaged it by myself. Of course it had nothing to do with the 6 months rule, it is considered as a production failure, at all or that I had started a discussion with the National Board for Consumer Policies.
