Hi all.
Wasn't able to find anything on replacing the auto decomp procedure so I have a question about doing it with out breaking the timing chain in my 2003 400.
I have an IWIS timing chain that's riveted, the chances of finding a split link around here are Nil and it seems in excellent condition. So I was wondering if it's possible to just release the tension and pull the bearing off the cam and replace the decomp that way. I have ordered a new one with the modded spring from Taffy.
Also does anyone have any tips on ignition timing and maybe jetting for running in super cold weather? I'm looking to get this beast out for some ice riding this winter.
Thx.
