Can you zip compress it?
Many PDFs are already compressed, but some are not and will compress down substantially. The best way is to just try to compress it and see what size results.
Many ISPs limit emails to 10MB of size.

I had success searching around a top notch husaberg forum.... 
The manual is copyrighted material, and putting it up as a shared document is probably illegal. Might want to read the fine print before you put that up and start posting about sharing such a document unless you have written permission from KTM N A. From Page #3 "Reproduction, even in part, is permitted only with the express written permission of the copyright owner".

One of the main problems about even talking about posting copyrighted material is that it is a threat to our beloved site. Over at KTM talk, if you even ask or post about that kind of thing you get excommunicated immediately, as they have gotten in big trouble about copyrighted stuff.

Unless I'm missing the point, this is still the sort of thing that Dale was talking about earlier in this thread as Johny would be sending you material which is clearly copyrighted. Unless he has written permission from the copyright owner it's illegal to send you the manual or any part of it. What you do outside of the forum is down to your own conscience, but discussing it here could land the forum and its managers in a whole bunch of trouble for colluding in copyright theft.drj2010 said:

Like chtucker said, it cost me about UK £13 to buy an official one and the CD arrived the next day. That's almost penny for penny the cost of 1L of Motorex oil here, so less than half the cost of a single oil change by the time you buy the spares kit!

I understand that we cannot share manuals. I wanted to order one CD Repair Manual from US site ktm-parts.com, but "no international shipping". I live in Hungary-central Europe.
Please send me some sources where I can order a CD. I need a 2010 FE450 Repair Manual and beside of ktm-parts or bergparts.com I cannot find other source.
