Does anyone know where I can get a set of rear peg assemblies like Takis had on his bike, for my 06 FS 650e?

My kids are old/big enough that they want to go for rides on the Berg vs the SMC :)

Thanks

Mark

I guess they are homemade...

Just drop him (BERGOROADRACER) a line and ask for details...

Along time ago he told me there was a guy he knew that made them in limited numbers.

I have been trying to reach Takis through email - I'll try through UHE...

Cheers

the supplier is in athens in greece,
the later style he makes now is laser cut and fit perfect.
i will post a pic later.

a bit expensive but it stopped my girl shouting for not take her with me on the mountain trails..

120 euro is what i paid.

Thanks Oyk!

Pricey, but I am still interested - do you know how I can get in touch with the fabricator?

Cheers

Mark

Hi

I have a new Husaberg fs 570..

Does anyone know if it is possible to get rear footpeg assemblies like these for the new 570???

Would be extremely happy!!

Hpoing for a positive reply :)

Hi. I just got mine first berg month ago and been lookin rear pegs since. After looking ready ones i desided to make my own. There is my plan to build them. The top sylinder in picture is one that is used to attach a seat. I will post pictures soon when pegs are in place. Advantage of this solution is that you can easily modify position of the peg and its build from just one bar.

Um, I know its nice to take the wife and kids for a ride now and again but..... have you checked the weight capacity of the sub frame, balance of bike (hard enuff keeping the front down when 1 up let alone 2up) and put any thought into why there where no pillion pegs fitted from the factory?
There are different horses for different courses and I am not convinced Bergs were designed for pillions(thats what sidecar racing is for aye Taffy).
Just a thort!

good point, and also what are the implications after a crash? Im pretty sure if you were involved in an accident carrying a pillion on a bike that was never designed to do so your insurance would be void........just a thought

Are the passenger pegs for the FE650 pictured above still available. I just bought my first husaberg this month, but the wifey wants to go for put puts around town on it. Any help would be great! Thanks
Mike
