They came from ??? Hard parts.

*??? You know the 3 letters that fit. Don't want to get kicked off of here for bashing like you can on some other sites

I got the left one on (took an hour) and couldn't get the right one to fit. So, now I one rad guard on and the other one is somewhere in my yard.

:/ too bad

- I don't think you'll be banned for talking about bad experiences with "???" Hard Parts here!

Out of curiosity - What was the part number?

They look like they could be reversed . Did you try to switch them had a similar issue  trying to fit a different style

Yes, they are marked L & R only one way to fit. I've solved my issue.

The blue ones are pretty but I'm interested in guards that will protect the guard from getting bent as well as getting punctured.

I had a crash at a sand track during a race a few weeks ago. The bike ended up getting run over and the clutch lever broke off. My post race inspection revealed that the left radiator outlet at the bottom was completely mangled as was the bottom tank. The radiator had been pushed back against the cylinder head. The whole thing was a bit twisted too.

I had Flatland Racing braces on my old CRF450X and they protected against some wicked crashes that I put that bike through. Never bent a radiator. I bent the guards once but we fixed it. I'm tempted to go with them again for the Husaberg. I haven't run any until now because the Husaberg rads are tucked in and well protected but I have now found a failure mode I hadn't considered previously.

Flatland has Husaberg listed under their "Rad guards" section but no specific part number. going to email them to find out if it exists.
